Unable to connect to public server???

Hello I have downloaded and succesfully installed T :mad: eamspeaker but I am unable to connect to server 1 or 2. I have a new PC and XP home. Would anyone have any suggestions? I tried twice but it didn't work.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

What about firewall?
Which error do you get when you try to connect? Do you try these servers?
voice.teamspeak.org, voice.teamspeak.org:10050 voice.teamspeak.org:10060
Can you connect to these server?
If can you ping or tracert the servers?
If yes and always can't connect to the servers. Activate the debug mode of teamspeak and post the connection errors from the TSClient.Log in your Teamspeak Directory.
