Higher Kbps codec

We need better sound quality thus higher codecs. At the moment, most WoW clans are using ventrilo because of that. Please, release higher codecs so we can move away from ventrilo.

I think the highest speex codec is better than ventrilo.

So my opinion is!

A high bitrate codec will be realeased in TS 3 -->

just for you there will be the following "codec":
96 kHz sampling rate, 24-bit , PLAIN
