TSS2 starting problem on FreeBSD

The standart error report appears when starting:

Error starting daemon. Aborted

There is no PID file created, but there are a bunch of processes appears, all of them using socket 8767 and no one uses 14534 or 51234...
.log, .ini and database -files are created.

There are some processes uses 51234-port when interrapting startup of base process, but for cople of minutes only.

1) I've no idea about sound card at tje server - is it's present critical for program?
2) What can be done for fixing this problem - is there any idea?

Used the port version of Teamspeak (I think that ver. is prohibit to use root user, and you must start start-script with the teamspeak user)? your settings (server.ini)?

ps. no you don,t need a soundcard on the server.. (for it to work, I don't ;) )
