Friends can't join my server.

I am the only one who can connect to my server. I only have the windows firewall and I've tried disabling it to get it to work. I didn't have a problem when hosting on dial-up but once I got DSL no one could join. I've looked through the FAQ and havn't found anything that helps. I do have a router, and I've done port forwarding. But it doesn't work. It doesn't even work without the router plugged in. Any suggestions or maybe a link to a thread I missed that can solve my problem?

Use the NAT/Portfoward feature of your router, assign the UDP 8767 Port to your local IP of your network adapter (?192.168.?.?)
