i think we should be able to change text and background colours without using a mod, laos we should be able to have background pictures aswell

Forget colors, we need user volume control and better codecs first. Then colors.

but i think user colors should go like this

1. Do away with the Permissions beside the name (R SA CA AO O AV V)
Do away with that
2. Change Permissions to Colors as follows;
Red = Unregistered
Green = Registered
Yellow = Voice
Orange = Channel Admin
Blue = Server Admin
3. There shoudl eb 3 Defrault skins to choose from
a. Original TS Skin
b. Dark Skin
c. Light Skin
4. Admin CP shoudl have Mod Install area
5. Each Channel (not subchannels) shoudl have a image they can add that goes above and the image shoudl be able to be hyper linked.
for those gaming clans like mine that have multiple gae divisions with multiple sites.
6. Add HTML to Description.
