why cant i be superadmin

Ok i made the server and i got into it. Alright it says that im not the superadmin. How come. Can somebody please tell me how to solve this problem.

when u installed TS Server it gave you a superadmin and an admin account name and password. you use the admin username and password to login to the TS client and the superadmin and password to login to the admin page. if you need anymore help pm me youre ip address and ill have a look
