I read in another long thread about it being wrong password

can someone tell me where and what file(s) to edit in this case as its become rather annoying..

1) do you really need to run TS with mySQL together ? The current implementation is more or less for testing and if you do not have mxSQL experience (then you should be able to grant the correct rights ?) I suggest you stick with the default SQLite

2) seems to me as if you haven't set the rights correct for the mySQL datebase access or configured a bad user / password in the server.ini. I had to grant the user rights on the console when I first did some mySQL testing. Setting them with the mySQL GUI (sry, forgot the name) didn't worked

I have been using TeamSpeak for quite a while without problems.

Some weeks ago, suddenly the TeamSpeak server doesn't start anymore.
When I try to start it, it doesn't even shoew the splash screen.
The client is still running fine.

I am using Server version: 2.0.20.1 Win32.

Sometimes it suddenly DOES start. I can then start is few times sequentially, so then I think the problem is solved somehow. But when I start it a day later, the problem is back. Also, the server may start if I log on as a different user on my machine.

What I have tried yet:

Running Windows updates
Uninstalling and installing TeamSpeak Server
Running virus checks
Running spyware checks
Removing server.log, server.ini and server.dbs files


All without positive results :(

Is there anyone having similar problems, or better yet, someone who knows how to solve them? :confused:
