first of all, giving JUST A BIT of info on your setup would be a MINIMUM !

Are you hosting TS server on a LAN ?
You are behind a Router/Firewall ?
Do you have a Fixed or Dynaimc IP?
If you have a Dynamic IP, did you subscribe to a redirection DNS such as DynDNS or NO-IP.com ?

And then ? have you configured your router NAT/SUA/IP Forwarding Table to forward the connection to your UDP service port on the Inside PC ?

Last ? Did you read the FAQ ?
