need help on ts...

hi,

can anyone tell me this?

Question 1:
I have 2 teamspeak servers running but since 1 are 2 months nobody can join
from the internet, i can join the ts becuase im on the local network, but what do
i have 2 do to get it working good again?

i forwarded the ports... it worked but since 1 are 2 months it dossent work
anymore...



Question 2:
How can i make a back-up from my server ( all channels,users)
i coudent find anything on the internet about it so i tought
maybe that here are some people that know how to do this...

1) make sure you read the "no reply / timeout" FAQ first (see my sig). There are many possible reasons where the most imortant of them are already described or at least hints are given how to detect them.... we need much more infos.

2) poste 100000..... times :rolleyes:
- server.dbs (database)
- server.ini (config file for SOME server settings)
- server.log
