Access Voice Permission

Ok, I just finished setting up my server and I have one question that I can't find the answer to.

There is one server permission that I'm not sure what the function is.

Could someone please tell me what "Access Voice" grants?

In the server manual it states........

AccesVoice: SA can login in via the client to the TeamSpeak server

Does this mean that the user with this right can login to the server via the client?


If it doesn't mean this, then what does it mean?

AccessVoice is one of these un-documented permissions. Since TeamSpeak 2 never left the RC2 status, it does absolutely nothing.
