Hey, just started using the program and I am able to login to my guilds server just fine. Its really just for listening to raid instructions so I dont even have a mic hooked up to my comp. Audio does come through but its extremely stuttered. Like Sound>pause>sound>pause continuosly. I cant make out anythign anyone is saying. Anyone else experience this. All other sounds work perfectly fine on my comp. Any Ideas?

- low inet bandwidth connection (generally or limited by other simultaenous downloads)
- slow CPU
- low process priority (press: CTRL + ALT + DEL -> processes -> search for TSclient.exe and set it to priority "high"

OK the above should be stickied!

After being a previous user of TS with no problems on a Pentium 4 3.2 Ghz I recently had a nightmare since i went AMD64.

The sound would stutter when i talked ( according to the others in my channel) but I could hear them fine. The mic would record clear and satbles as a bell in other apps. Same deal on Top of the line gear DFi LanpArty NForce 4 Ultra-D onboard sound and the Audigy 2 and Audigy 4. SOme people reckoned 450watts wasnt enough for Dfilanparty, i got a Coolermaster 520w psu. Same deal.

It seems that AMD doesnt multitask as well as Pentium to me, particularly if you are in a 3 D Game that chews up processing.

The above was a simple fix to an absolute nightmare for me.

Also, in the options for Teamspeak, you can set the process priority to high as the default.
