voice activation

Everytime someone logs on I have to grant them voice rights, is there a way of letting them have automatic voice activation right?

It's just called "Voice". And, no, but you could let people give themselves voice. But what you should do is, take moderation off of the channel.

In Teamspeak Moderation is a flag on a channel that makes it so you need to have voice, Channel Operator, Channel Admin or Server Admin to be able to talk. So if you take it off of the channel, you will not need to give voice to anyone.
