Can't Install TS 2

I d/l'ed the client for windows but when i try to install it nothing comes up, i can see the setup in the taskbar but it wont come on the screen or do anything please help

Are you "local administrator" or member of the administrator group?

Other program (antivirus/firewall/etc.) blocking?

no it shouldnt be the firewall, are you an admin on that computer or are you a limited user, if you are an admin and it still doesnt load up try giving it some more processing time by going to Ctrl + Alt + Del, find the application, right click on it and select go to process, right click on the one it highlights and select set priority and select above normal, dont selct any higher than that as it may cause the computer to crash or corrupt files
