"People outside Europe" - can you get more specific?

Best practice would be to let those people run a ping and a traceroute to your server. Probably their latency is too high or their ISP is blocking you.

well its just like i say't

People in germany, belguim, UK, holland, spain ect ect in europe can connect
But people outside of europe cant.....

The connect like for 0.1 second see the welcomemessege and then disconnect automatic
and only with people out side of europe

I already gave you some help. I think analyzing the network situation might be a sound way to start the diagnostics.

I would have to agree with Brain. Their ping to your server is prolly too high.

When I use my lappy-through-cellphone for net, often times I connect to TS for 1 sec, then it disconnects. Sometimes my client even reports "no ts server running at that address"
When I DO manage to get connected, 'right click' my username for 'connection info,' and my ping is through the roof! 500-1400ms

Hey,

why don't you provide the ping/traceroute output that brain requested? Do you think we can solve problems without the necessary data? Have you read the FAQ entry on timeouts?
It appears to me you are not putting alot of effort into solving this problem, HeavySpace.
