Icq & Ts 2

HI, i'm new on this forum..excuse me if i don't speak well english..
I have a big problem...
When i turn on win xp e immediatly after i active Ts server and Ts client if i speak, the other people can't hear me. If i turn on icq (the version of icq is the 5) they hear me.. It's strange because some days ago i haven't this kind of problem.. At moment for use Ts i must leave open icq.
How can resolv this problem?

check your windows sound mixer. There are programs which have the nasty habit to change mixer settings on their will (activate / deactivate micro for recording,....). TS doesn't but maybe ICQ ?
