whenever a freind of mine who just DLed TS comes in to our server it terminates his connection, every once in a while he can accomplish to stay in for a bit. any obvios reasons of why?

Probably something with his connection.

timeout ? Read FAQ (See my sig) ? Unstable connection ? Does problem only occure on ONE specific server or even on public servers ? Is the server a "home hosted" (behind a DSL,...) one ?
