Problem with Win XP

TS works fine on my computer but when i create a new admin account with Windows XP and i'm reinstall TS on this account my microphone is mute and i'm not able to change this. I tried to reboot my PC and log only the second XP account nothing change but when i log my first account TS works properly. I tried to use your walkthrought but nothing change. If someone have suggestion or a solution ....

not that I ever would have tested this but have you checked that the sound mixer settings for that user are correct (micro is selected as recording source) ?
