What is the Channel Commander used for?????????

Anyone can set a button so that they whisper to channel commanders. You can either whisper to "All", "In sub channel", "In parent channel", "In own channel" or "In channel family". Example: I want to talk to all commanders on the server. I goto "Settings" -> "Key Settings" then click "Add" then chose the button configuration that I want. Then I would select "Whisper to" -> "Chan. Commander" -> "All". So whenever I press the buttom I selected, it will whisper to all channel commanders currently on the server. Also, remember that you do not need to be commander to whisper to them. Personally, I don't give the permission to anyone except the SAs teh ability to be commander .
