Hi there,
I hva in my extream frustration written this post. I have now read trough alot of posts, used all the links, used the info from the develop team, but still I have the same problem: the router. This damn thing makes life so irritating. My friends and I are trying to make a server, fair enought. Well, but the problem is that we all have routers, and no one can connec't to the person who has a router. we have tried to open ports, 14534 tcp, 51234tcp, 8767 udp and even 8786tcp as someone suggested that was needed sometimes. I hav assured that none of the ports has the same name, as was suggested. I have entered the Ip adress in the server.ini file next to the line where it says Boundtoip:
I have tried every single combination of all this, but still we hear the beutifull sound of a computervoise sayin ERROR! No reply from server.
I have used soooooo much time on this now, I am really going insane. And none of my buddies can make it work either.
So I guess if nobody have a magical solution, we must find a way to avoid using a router.
