Strange and Unique situation

I have an unusual problem. I am running a TS Server on one of my computers at my house for our guild. All the people in my guild can get on and use it without any problems but when I try to connect I get the server not found error. Has anyone else had this problem and been able to fix it or know how to fix it. Oh and yes I can connect to other public servers.

localhost:8767

xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:8767 IP of your TS server
or:
127.0.0.1:8767

Just DONT try to connect by using your external (internet) IP, use the LAN IP to connect to the other PC that also lies in your LAN. Depending on your setup this IP *might* be something like 192.168.x.y - with highly configurable x and y.
