Hacked, what next?

I am new to TS and I now know I am an idiot for what i a am about to tell you, but I could really use some help please.
I guess I should have read the forums, because some loser comes into my TS server says "i can't hear you, right click-e, my name" so I do. I now know what I did and should have read these forums, but my question is, what do I do now. I have uninstalled TS server, reinstalled, and I still have a log in error, "socket error # 11001, Host not found". I have even tried to run it through a router, creating a different IP address, but still I can't get a private TS server up and running. Now that I have been hacked what do I do to get one up and running again?

I have spent the last 2 hours on TS forums and I haven't found the answer can someone shoot me a link to the answer.

Please Help.

I don't understand why someone would do that, what purpose would it serve to do this. We are just a couple of guys who gather on a TS server to play some BF2 at nite, to wind down from work. What would they gain from doing this. Bunch of loser goofs!!!!!!

Uninstall the server, delete the directory where it used to be and install again as you used to.

I have tried that like 6 times and the only response I get is "socket error #11001, host not found". What do I do?

hi the same thing happened to me and the only way you can fix it is to call the company you are renting your server from and they will make you an admin again i felt as dumb as you too :( i hope you see this if you dont mind what game do you use ts for if its warcraft 3 contact me my acc is QUAM GOODLUCK
