Weird problem

Well...I've was using my teamspeak and some people were there talking. I left for a little bit and they left also. 3 hours later I got back and several people couldn't connect to my TS, while some other users could. In other words it wouldn't let certain people on. Last night it started working again and then I had to reboot and so my server restarted. Now those same people who couldn't get on before, can't get on again. The ports needed to be opened are opened, I have no firewall, and I've checked for spywar, trojans, etc. Now I'm wondering if it's Teamspeaks side messing up, beacause it happened so sudden and everythings correct on my side. I tried reinstalling both server and client, reseting my router. Everything...It seems like it works when it wants to. Anyone have any ideas?

I'm also getting alot of connection time outs...My friend is in the same house and when she connect through the global ip, it doesnt work, when she connects to the computer ip, everyone, including me times out
