PTT & Mouse Buttons

I recently did a re-install of my entire computer. I used to have my TS PTT set to my thumb button on my Logitech Click Plus! mouse (Logitech Cordless Desktop LX 700) but now I can't rebind it to that after the reinstall. Any ideas?

I'm running the latest TS ver. 2.0.32.60 and Logitech Setpoint 2.47.
