How to register users?

I run server version 2.0.r20.b1 Win32. I have superadmin and admin rights. How do I register users, or allow them to register them selves. What server settings do i need to allow? Also how do I allow them to create channels? Client version is: 2.0.32.60.

You can register User through the webinterface (http://IP:14534(defaul port)), allow them to register theirselfes by rightclick on them and then "Allow registration" in the client or you can set the permission in the webinterface that every unregistered can allow himself to register.
There you can also allow them to open channels and much more
