Guys please help me .I wrote forum and didn't understand how to login to ADMINISTRATOR page when you call it from TS2 server?

Please provide more information about what you want. If you are trying to log into your admin page using your browser, you will have to make sure that your server ports are available for 14534(default) unless you changed them. If you are trying something else, please let us know more info.
