superadmin question

i have a ip and i can manage to get the admins to log in to it when they have ther password and such but when i try to log on with my super admin it will not let me? why is that?:confused:

are you trying to login useing your computer or from the net ( outside the server )???

superadmin login with the client ? as posted somewhere in the FAQ, that is not possible. that login is ONYL for webinterface and TCPQuery.
