How do SA's shut down the server, they do have rights???

if i remember right to shut down the server you have to end the programme from where ever it is installed

so then SA's premisson to turn on and off serve doesnt matter then

The AdminStopServer and AdminStartServer permissions don't work for serveradmins in TeamSpeak 2. You need superadmin rights to start, stop, add or delete virtual servers.
