Remove Quick Keys

just would like to suggest to remove like Add SA quick key for scurity cuse i see about a posts about people coming in there server and saying to use them and it would help new admins.

waite better yet make an opting in the server admin to enable/ disable quck ketys and have it sa next to it reccomended for new admins:) sry if people think its stuiped or w/e just want to help

I think it's not necessary, because there will be a new right management system where you have no standart groups where you can make shortcuts for.
