Teamspeak Text Displayer

I have gone into servers such as UnitedATC (united***.net) and FS Contrailz (fscz.****.org) and couldnt find ANYTHING on how to create a welcome message in your teamspeak text at the bottom...what do i use?

Login in into your Webinteface. There you can set a welcome message.
