In teamspeak, Settings -> Sound Input/Output Settings and adjust the output volume accordingly.

I think maybe he meant change the volume of individual users Veggi, I think not but would be cool feature in TS 3 or TS 4.

Yes, the volume of others, like in Ventrilo.

Furthermore, TS has no way of changing input volume...which is extremely frustrating, as if others can't hear you, you're out of luck.

input volume is done through the Windows Recording Mixer.

raise the record level slider and check the Mic Boost +20db box.

So nothing can be done then? Everything on the OS side is maxed out.
