Hello, I used to run TS with a non-USB headset for City of Heros, however I wanted to filter out the game music/effects from the headset so I bought the Logitech USB PS2 heaset. My computer is Win XP service pack 2, sound card is SoundBlaster Audigy 2.
When I plug in the USB headset to my USB port I get the standard Windows dialogue box indicating new hardware has been detected and either to let windows install the drivers or specify where the drivers are at. I choose to let windows install the drivers and after some time it tells me it can't find the drivers and displays the error code 28. After this I can't select the USB headset in either TS or windows audio settings, it is as if they are not plugged in or the computer can't detect them. Has anyone run into this before? I wonder if it is because it can't install the drivers?
Any ideas on how to solve this issue?
Thanks in advance for any help.
