ok now i got the e mail with an activation ID now what , whare do i go to ativat my team speek so i can host a channel ? this is heard !

afaik you don't need to activate teamspeak. it's not windoze XP.
just install it and have fun.

uh yeah, and if you want to HOST you need the teamspeak server. teamspeak client is not meant to host anything.

as long as you do not charge anyone on your own server, TS is freeware.

is there a way to register with server so I can be ALWAYS admin of the channel I want to create ?

Server admins register users with a server providing them with (hopefully) user appropiate permissions.

If you have started your own server you have Server Admin rights. If you are joining a server then you will need a server admin to set your permissions and rights.

I assume only registered users can make registered channels that will be re-established on server restart.
