Error when running TS

I just installed a new soundcard (previously used onboard) Winfast x6 sound. Now when i run TS i get this error:

TDSoundout.open(DirectSoundCreate): No sound driver is available for use

I can listen to music from my winamp, and the games have sound as well - but when I run TS I am muted, and can't hear/talk. I have the latest version of TS installed, I did look a bit around inhere to see if I could find a similair problem, but I did not discover any.

Anyone have a solution?

I'm sorry íf this matter has been adressed before.

Well the problem seems to have solved itself - I have clue as to how, but it works perfectly now.

I did reboot the computer after installing, but after a night without power the computer corrected the error somehow.
