Regristation not working

I registered with the Team speak server. But when I log in team speak still logs me in as unregistered. Is this a team speak problem or a problem with my clan server?

I have used TS for almost a year with no problems. I was also added to our clans TS as an admin. Last Friday I was no longer able to connect to our server, but was able to connect to other clans TS server no prblems. It was that I had to change our clans IP. But before doing so I had uninstalled TS and reinstalled. What my problem is now, is there is no sound except for when we all talk. I can hear and they can hear me. I have no sounds when I connect, or when other log in. I have also had to reregister on TS, it took may times before it worked. But every time I shut it down and try to reconnect I am unregistered. I also loose my TS admin rights. I have even tried quick connect, with no luck.

I guess you did not login correct, maybe a picture of your login screen, and afterwards would help.

ok I finally got my sound on my TS back.. I had to uninstall TS again and place the new install under a different folder. I was able to get it going and registered, but when I logged out and then back in, it did not register me. I need to get this fixed soon so I can have our clan's admin allow me to have my admin status back. I am running out of log in way to write my nick.. LOL
