help with getting kicked

just wandering if anyone had any ideas about this....

a buddy thats been playing with some of us on ts has been having some problems. i have no idea what he has in his machine, because i dont really know him... but he will log onto ts and join us in our game server......after awhile he will get kicked from the game and from ts at about the same time, and the only way he can come back in is for him to restart his machine....hell get back in, and after awhile it will happen again. does anybody have any clue what could be causing this problem...thanks :)

if het get kicked from TS and the game at the same time I'd say a network problem access device, network driver, firewall, ISP,....). Why a reboot is required, I can't say ?

well ok...hes not getting kicked from the game. from what i understand....his ts is freezing up and the only way it will let him do anything is to restart his computer.....he was just leaving the game to reboot....so i guess its just his ts freezing up....beats me....anybody know what cause that?

ok...i talked to him and he says that what happens is....he gets on ts and then he joins our server in the game...he says he only has this problem in our game servers. but when the maps change...he gets disconnected from ts and a connection failed from the game server, and the only way for him to get back in is by restarting.....if anybody has any ideas please just let me know....its really weird if you ask me though

Try having him set his TS process priority up.

Are you talking about BF ? I remember seeing some posts with that problem here in the past. Don't remember the solution, anyway, you could give us a bit more info, I don't like reading in my glass ball and making assumptions....

well im not sure what the deal was....he said he would log into our ts server then go into ravenshield to our server, and when the map would end he would here in ts...your connection to the server has been terminated...and then he would get a connection failed from the game server...and ts wouldnt let him back in untill he restarted his computer.....believe me im confused also.....but thanks for all the suggestions
