In Ventrilo, when you press the PTT hot key, there is a click to indicate that you are sending. Is that also an option in TeamSpeak?

No. I don't know of any addon software that would simulate the mic click either.

There's no built-in feature like this in the TeamSpeak 2 client. But it's possible to realize this by using the client SDK.
