I have recently reinstalled Windows on my computer and installed steam, got CS: S running and installed teamspeak. Now, all of a sudden, I get screen flickering sometimes when I play and the game can even crash. I've tried reinstalling teamspeak but no luck. This also applies for Day of Defeat: Source and probably other Source engine games. Could anyone help me out here?

When I play without teamspeak, everything is fine. No annoying flickering and no amazingly annoying spontanious crashes.

edit: If I turn my graphics settings down, it does not crash but iirc the flashing still occors.

Try turning off your ingame voice chat.

Also try changing teamspeaks sound driver from direct to wave or vice versa.
