Creating channels that require voice activation

Is there a way to create a channel that requires permission for voice activation I can't seem to find this in the menu's but think it would be a handy thing if your a group commander and need room silence.

Make the channel moderated and only people with voice, operator, channel admin, and server admin will be able to talk

no you can not limit users to use only push to talk and therefore there is not channel flag for that. Users can decide on their own if they wanen use PTT or voice activation. As a SA your can only kick users not respecting a server rule or do not give voie rights to non admins in a specific channel (As veggii described)

So I guess my only choice as an SA in a moderated channel would be to manualy mute everyone that enters the room and have them text message me so i can unmute them.
