yeah i need help i got bout 75% packet loss how i fix it?

Try other servers. If that doesn't fix it then get a faster connection. If it does, then its your servers fault.

alright my packetl oss is 0 on another server so how do i fix it so i dont have it on the server i use?

it's not a problem that you can fix. It's your server owners problem. So tell them what you've learned here and it'll be out of your hands.

or a problem between the ISP's of you and the server hoster. 75% is not bad, it's terrible... completly unusable connection. As said, there' not much you can do... If the highway between your country an the neighboring country is bad, you can onyl ask the two governements could fix it. If they won't listen... you're lost....
