As I said in the subject, nothing happens at all. I don't have a pop-up blocker installed. I am running AOL8.0 on a DSL connection. I have IE6.0 and cookies enabled. WHAT DO I DO?!?!?

Stuart, i know about the server file and the admin and password info. what the problem is is that when i try to enter administration, there is no pop-up window or anything that lets me put in admin/pass.

What operating system are you using?

What version of Teamspeak Server are you using?

Are clients able to connect to the server?

How do you try to enter administration? From the Start menu or by right clicking your tray icon?

I had some issues before when I would right click the tray icon "Administration" would be inactive so I couldn't click on it. At that time I was running the server process as a scheduled task but I think it didnt have permissions to interact with the desktop. This may be beyond your problem though.

Did it ever work? Because I had this problem when I made a new server.ini, I got rid of the server_cfg Default, which wasn't that smart since the users are somehow connected to that I think. Try placing back the original server.ini if you changed it. (you did backup didn't you?? :))

When the administration icon is blocked out it means your server admin isn't working, check out the server.log to see why.

Hope any of this makes sense...

Ok, update:

Make sure you have a server_cfg Default and also make sure it is started at the bottom of the server.ini

Create it and you can use the admin users and passwords again.

Drop a line about how it went...

OK....um....First off, I didn't change the .ini at all, and second, the administration icon wasn't blocked out, just when I clicked it, nothin happened. Hope this helps.

Cavorka has the solution, but your default browser may be AOL by default which may be causing it not to work.

Open up Internet Explorer or any other web browser other than AOL and try the address that Cavorka mentioned. It should work, unless AOHell 8.0 screwed something up.

You need to make sure the line in the server port box is highlighted. Took me a good 10 minutes to figure out too. :)
