Help! Error Connecting To Server!

ok, ive been trying to host my own ts server for about a year, to no avail. First of all, im a wireless connector, if that has anything to do with it let me know asap.

So i go to make a server, i find it on the connect to server search list, but when i go to join with my superadmin username, and pass, it says error connecting to server, maybe server is offline or ts isnt running on it. Ive looked at the ts2 connectiong test and this is what it said

» Performing UDP test on port 8767 FINE
» Performing TCP test on port 51234 FAILED
» Performing HTTP test on port 14534 FAILED

Any Ideas on how to FIX?

you cannot log into your server as your superadmin. Select your specific server in superadmin, click user manager, add client, enter your username and password and check the SA.

i tried making accounts in admin too, but when i went to log - into them, it still said error.
