How much users can i host on a 166mhz pc with 32sdram?
And how much on a 350mhz with 64sdram?

It's in a LAN with 100mbit, so bandwith give no difference :)

that's a very speculative question. I'm sure there is no direct answer to it (too much variables)

I can't try because i have no bandwith @ home for 800 users :)

Yes but i cant try it out because i don't go to a LAN.
