Others cannot access my ts server

ok, I will explain how my server is set up.

I use 2 computers
1 to run the server, the other to go on it
I am the only person that I know that can access the server
I use a belkin router but allowed the ports that were needed for it to run
The people get a message that says the server is not online when I am on it
They have taken screen shots and given them to me and I see that they have everything correct
I have switched to a static ip
i have opened the ports in my router


Can anyone help me?

The others need to join with the wan ip. You instead join with your lan ip. Be sure that you have forwarded the ports correctly to your teamspeak server.
