another server help thing.. sorry

hi dudes
im trying to set up a server
this is a screenshot of server ip's

i can log in on (localserver:8767) but not 220.2??.???.??:8767 (my static IP)

i have a Thompson speedtouch 530 adsl modem
i have tried disable computer firewalls
i have followed portforward.com instructs

i can use teamspeak on other servers, fine

anyone can help???????

There isn't a problem, let me explain :)

You must connect to your local IP (LAN = 10.0.0.1), others outside your network, a friend of yours must connect to your outside IP (WAN = 220.233.186.79)

You can't connect to your outside IP, you can test your server here: http://ts2test.planetteamspeak.com/

OK i got it working

Except nothing i did would let it work on Port 8767
changed to 8769 and it works perfectly.
