Waouw ! Now there's a goldmine of information for your right there.

If you expect us to help you, you have to supply more information. Your servers UDP port, if it is not default, excactly what happens, when other people tries to join.

There is a tool for testing TeamSpeak external connections :

http://ts2test.planetteamspeak.com/

That will tell you, if it is possible to connect to your server. The UDP port is what other people uses to connect. If it says no reply from server, most likely, you didn't open the traffic properly, as something is blocking the traffic, if you get that result.
