Problem with creating channels

I am using the windows teamspeak 2 server. My problem is that when I create a channel and when Myself or someone goes into it you cant see the other person from a differnt channel unless your in the same channel as the person. So I have no idea what is going on but if you could help me out it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks !

Join a Public server with people in it, look around. Then join a Clan server with people in it, look around. Put two and two together... You get the idea
