Connecting using Service

I've been using the latest Server for windows and installed using the Service option. Everything has been working fine for the last week or so... But now when i try to connect its says can't connect or server offline. If I check computer it says its running fine. The port is forwarded in my router the same as it has been since the installing it. If I connect to someone else's ip it works fine. I've rebooted both computers just in case .... no dice.

If I turn off the service and run server for windows, and right click the icon on bottom it will show my ip from the router but not my actual ip address. (eg 192.168.1.100)

I'm just kinda stumped at this point. Is there a grace period that you have to register the program to get full use...:confused:

I checked the log and get this error:

05-03-06 15:20:00,ERROR,All,SQL, OpenSQL Error: database schema has changed in query: select * from ts2_clients where i_client_server_id = 1 and s_client_name = 'ID' and s_client_password= 'PW'

(ID and PW taken out)

I am not an expert at what TS does with SQL, but, it looks like your DB is messed up.

i'm running the service_server with mysql for a couple of months now without any problem, so no time limit ;)

and yes, apparently, your db has some problems

can you connect anonymously ?

It started to work out of the blue...not sure what I did........

But then I checked it a couple hours later and its dead again..... As of now I cant connect period either registered or anonymous.

I have no knowledge of MySql or anything that is posted in my log reports..... What is a DB ??

I think I might start over....even though I have no idea what killed it in the first place. Unless anyone else might have an idea.:confused:
