TS2 for Newbies.. plz help

Hi, im interested in setting up a TS2 for my Final Fantasy XI guild. I dont really know where to get started, and was wondering if somebody could answer a few questions for me:

1) Since it is for a game, and members will not pay for use of TS, it is free to me, right?

2) Where/How do i get started with setting up a server? do i have to find somebody that hosts a server? Or can i host one myself for free?
2a) If i can host my own server, Can i use a computer that has multiple uses? or should that computer be solely for running TS server?
2b) If that computer goes down, will all users be unable to use TS untill it goes back up?

If this post is in the wrong section, i appologize, im just so overcome by all the technical jargon in the forums, that im hoping to find somebody that could speak a little more english :)

1) Yes the client & server programs are free (unless you have more then 100 people using it).

2) You can either find a hoster (http://sales.tritoncia.com/hosters.php) or host it yourself (by using the server program).

2A) It depends on how many people you are hosting for and how good your computer is and mostly, how much bandwidth you have.

2B) Yeah, if the computer does down then the users will be disconnected.
