Good day all,
I was curious if anyone else is having any problem with trouble tickets being created on the site? It seems to take a few days to get a reply to issues.

Hey,
if you are referring to the "Ticket System" which can be accessed from the main page, then I have to point you to sales@goteamspeak.com as this system is only avaliable to paying customers and the sales team.

Thank you, but I -am- a paying customer. reinvoiced for this month just like everyone else due to the billing glitch..
Yes, I was thinking you are a paying customer. My point is: 99.9% of the people on the forum are neither in the sales team (nobody from the sales team posts on the forums regulary) nor are they paying customers. So most people here do NOT have any (first hand) experience on the speed or quality of the answers provided within. I would suggest you contact the sales team directly via email if you have a specific question regarding the ticket system.
I have only had contact once with the sales@goteamspeak.com about me becoming an authorized hoster of the files. They seemed very fast, got a respose within 24 hours.
