No reply from server( just move to new place)

I just moved from one place to a diffent place. At my old place teamspeek was working great. Now that i'm in my new place it does not work at all (no reply from server) I have a cable modem but i just mover 1 mi down the road. My fraind is on the same server and he saids it is up. Can you help. I have a mac running os104.5 thaxs
